Connect to vServer or vNano/wecs

To connect to a Syncronorm Showplayer hardware, go to the Hardware workspace.

Press the + button and select the correct show player in the following dialogue.

Depending on the selected show player, you will be shown different modules supported by the respective player.

If the selected player is physically present in the network, you can connect Depence to it. To do this, press the "Connect to..." button and then select the device found in the next step.

If Depence is connected to a show player, it functions as an interface and sends out all DMX and control data directly. Incoming signals are forwarded to Depence.

New in Depence from version 3 is that several configurations can now be created in parallel. To do this, simply add another device to the combobox. Only the one selected device can be actively addressed.
