Running grandMA3 onPC and Depence on the same PC

If you are running both softwares on the same PC, you need to start Depence first and enable the VizKey input. Then you can start the grandMA3 onPC software.

If you start the grandMA3 onPC software first, the VizKey is used by it and Depence can’t access it.

Windows Firewall Issues

If Depence can not establish a connection to the grandMA3 software or join an MA-Net3 session, make sure your computer’s firewall is disabled.

Stream recording

Once you are connected to a Vizkey, DMX-Streams will be recorded in an encrypted format and can be only played back correctly if your Vizkey is connected!
